Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary management and further development of group management and employees in the production area
• Ensuring the timely and error-free implementation of the production program
• Optimization and further development of production processes
• Implementation of lean projects and leading collaboration on initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs
• Collaboration on investment projects, quality optimization projects, IT projects, relocation projects, etc.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• Management experience in the production of complex control cabinets, power electronics, electronic devices or comparable product areas
• Pragmatic working style with pleasure in taking responsibility and active implementation
• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, factory operation or comparable field of study, alternatively master craftsman/technician with relevant professional experience in the specialist area
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, cost awareness
• Good communication skills for working with various interfaces (industrial engineering, logistics, etc.)
