For our global eDevelopment, we are looking for a Team Lead for Test of IoT and digital solutions (m/f/d) at our location in Ulm.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team for verification test of IoT and digital solutions
- Ownership for the testing processes and tools within the digitalization team. Ensure state of the art testing optimized for our products
- Support the product teams with test resources and best practices
- Ensure the suitable level of testing installed in the product teams
- Create overall test strategies and plans across all levels of the solution, from IoT-HW and unit test up to the full system test
- Plan and setup the test environments for system verification
- Plan, create and execute automated tests for system verification
- Evaluate and report the maturity of the tested features
- Support the optimizations of the development process to increase quality and efficiency
Competencies
- Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of practical experience in the planning and execution of test strategies for digital solutions or complex distributed systems or similar
- Experienced in the management of teams
- Deep knowledge in tools and methods for test management and automation
- Basic knowledge in data security and privacy
- Technical knowledge in distributed systems architectures and SW integration and deployment processes incl. CI/CD
- Digital native – very experienced in the use of modern tools and services
- Ability to speak, understand and write German and English fluently
