Technical and disciplinary management of an embedded software development team as part of a high-volume project

Successfully completed studies in computer engineering, electrical engineering or similar qualification
Several years of experience in the field of software development of embedded systems with modern development techniques and test environments
In-depth experience in software project management
First professional or disciplinary leadership desirable
High passion for quality and for the development of aviation products or other software products from regulated industries (e.g. automotive, medical)
Motivation to develop new processes in an agile environment
Social and leadership skills paired with a high degree of flexibility
Good knowledge of German and English
