Duties

  • Collection, analysis and reporting of market data
  • Reporting on competitor and equipment competitiveness
  • Support Sales team with analytics
  • Initiate improvement initiatives leading to cost saving outcomes
  • Effective use of CRM operational, analytical and strategic
  • Continuous improvement of CRM System – functionality and utilisation
  • Providing exceptional customer service.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in data analysis and insight generation
  • Degree qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Advanced expertise in excel and report creation/generation
  • Strong quantitative data analysis and system/process improvement experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
