Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the MyLiebherr customer portal

Here you will find the most frequently asked questions and their answers relating to the login process, registration and setting up of the MyLiebherr portal. Please be aware that this information refers exclusively to our customer portal for the product areas construction machinery, mining equipment, mobile and crawler cranes, material handling equipment, maritime cranes and components.

Answers and information about further reaching questions relating to the use of MyLiebherr can be found directly in the Help section of the portal. This includes, for example, the administration of your personal data and your Liebherr products, orders or technical support.


MyLiebherr - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Who can register for MyLiebherr?

Fundamentally, anybody can register for MyLiebherr. However, to use all the functions available on the platform, you must have at least one business relationship with a Liebherr service partner.

2. How do I register and how do I log in?

You only have to register once for all MyLiebherr applications. You can then log in from any place with your access data. Exact instructions for the login process can be found here

3. Is registration for MyLiebherr free of charge?

Yes. There is fundamentally no charge for either registration or use of our portal.

4. I would like to register but I don’t know whether my company already has a MyLiebherr account and an administrator. What should I do?

Every company that is registered in MyLiebherr has a company administrator for the portal. If you don't know of any company administrator, then please register your company as "new". We will then recognise that there is already an account and a company administrator, and we will forward your inquiry to him so that you don't need to do any more. The company administrator will add your name to the existing company account and issue you with the corresponding authorisations. All you have to do is accept his "invitation". You will receive this by e-mail.

5. Do I have to register to order something from MyLiebherr?

Yes. You can order things from us as soon as you have registered, set up a business relationship with a Liebherr service partner on the portal and filed a product.

6. I haven't received my activation link. What should I do?

Normally, you will receive an e-mail with the activation link at the latest 10 minutes after registering. If this isn't the case, first check the spam folder in your inbox. If you really haven’t received an e-mail, repeat the process.

7. Where do I get my password for initial registration?

You issue the password yourself during the registration process.

8. Why can't I log in?

Do you have a MyLiebherr account and a valid password? If yes, please reset your browser. If the problem continues, your Liebherr service partner will be pleased to help.

9. My password has expired. How do I get a new one?

In the login section, click on the link "Forgotten password". Then you can enter a new password. Makes sure that it is as secure as possible and that you can remember it.

10. I've registered in MyLiebherr and entered the registration code. However, I can't use MyLiebherr. Why is that?

When we first receive your registration request, you won't be able to use the portal immediately. First, we have to check the data you have entered and then activate the required functions for you. Depending on the volume of registrations, this process can take up to 3 working days. Please have a little patience while we do this.
