For our global eDevelopment we are looking for a Data Scientist (m/f/d) at our location in Ulm.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business – Assess and support the business objectives for digital products and services from a data science point of view
- Understand the data – Explore and evaluate structured and unstructured data sets
- Prepare the data – Select, clean and transform the data
- Build the model – Select, build and evaluate the model
- Evaluate your results – Asses if the model meets the business objectives
- Deploy your results – Assist Data Engineers (m/f/d) in deployment and maintenance of your solution
Competencies
- M.Sc. Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical field with a focus on Data Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
- Solid experience with Data Science and Machine Learning and the respective tools and technologies (e.g. scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- Excellent programming skills (e.g. Python)
- Experience with data storage architectures and technologies (e.g. SQL DB, NoSQL DB, data lake)
- Experience with development of distributed systems is a plus
- Experience with cloud software frameworks (e.g. Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Ability to speak, understand and write German and English fluently
