A temporary vacancy has arisen within our Refrigeration department based in Biggleswade for a Sales Support Manager – 12 month FTC. This split role contributes to the success of Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd Refrigerators and Freezers Division by combining skills and experience in traditional sales management with future developments in digitalization topics at HAU. Primary function of internal sales leadership and professional process management, plus local responsibility for eBusiness/eCommerce initiatives to support HAU objectives whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times and working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Contribute to the sales growth of the existing Domestic Accounts through effective and pro-active management of the relationship to achieve long-term growth and profitability, thereby consistently achieve value, volume and margin targets
  • Manage Liebherr and competitor analysis at model/store/price level and provide guidance and support to Retailers to maximise opportunities for LIEBHERR
  • Coordinating the national ASM network, ensure that all group customer stores/branches are visited on a regular basis, to provide in-store support, merchandising and staff training

eCommerce

  • Regional Input to new sales concepts for platforms and eBusiness cases
  • Implementation of new concepts for platforms and Business Cases in UK in coordination with local divisional manager
  • Definition of scope for eBusiness and platforms
  • Further Development of eCommerce in the region in coordination with eBusiness, Director of Sales and Head of Business Unit

eBusiness

  • Regional contact person for all subjects in eBusiness
  • Care for eBusiness platforms and models in the region
  • Preparation and provision of market-, trend and competitive analysis on the subject of eBusiness in the region
  • Effective communication for high levels of performance & service within company guidelines

The successful candidate will require the following:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and passion for managing processes with excellent results
  • Able to articulate highly developed customer service skills applied in a similar working environment
