The Liebherr Elko, Nevada operation provides sales and service for the mining equipment in the Rocky Mountain and Western USA. The 15,000 square foot facility is located east of Elko off of I-80. This facility also has the capability to rebuild mechanical components for the Liebherr excavators, haul trucks, and dozers. The building sits on a 33 acre parcel and was constructed in 2008 to support the Liebherr mining products in the area.

The original Liebherr Gillette, Wyoming facility was constructed in 2001 as an office building and warehouse. A 25,000 square foot repair shop was added to the facility in 2012. The 40,000 square foot facility sits on 10 Acres in southwest Gillette on Highway 59. Sales and Service for the Liebherr USA, Co. Mining product segment are handled out of this location as well as the repair and rebuilding of the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to support the Liebherr mining trucks, excavators, and dozers.

In 2005 Liebherr opened a new facility in Houston, Texas for sales, service and repair of new and used mobile, duty cycle and lift version crawler cranes, as well as piling and drilling rigs and maritime cranes.

The repair and service operations are carried out in a 328 ft long, 108 ft wide and 49 ft high service building. Outdoor facilities include a test stand where load tests as well as crane performance evaluations are executed. In addition, Liebherr specialists offer customers crane maintenance work, accident repairs and the reconditioning of used cranes.

The Houston service center also offers training courses for customers, crane and service staff.

Liebherr USA, Co.'s Kansas City facility supports our Mobile and Crawler Crane product segment, offering a wide range of mobile cranes with lattice and telescoping booms on crawler-tracked or wheeled undercarriages.

This location provides the surrounding area with field services, technical assistance, and allows our customers to stock and replenish parts for their machines.

Located in the center of the US, this facility also allows Liebherr to respond quickly to customer inquiries and distribute parts and service efficiently.

Liebherr USA, Co. facility in Kearny, Arizona provides sales and service for the Mining product segment, as well as the repair and rebuilding of the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to support the Liebherr mining trucks, excavators, and dozers.

Liebherr USA, Co. opened its sales and service facility in Lodi, California in September 2017 to provide technical assistance, field service, yard storage for consignment cranes, stock and replenish parts, perform equipment repairs, stock inventory for sale and deploy rental fleets. The new facility includes service bays, a warehouse and office building. Liebherr USA, Co. has two product segments operating out of the Lodi facility, Mobile and Crawler Cranes and the Crawler Cranes and Deep Foundation Machines. This cooperation derives further advantages to Liebherr crane customers in the western region of the United States, enhancing the level of customer service and product support, and offering a greater selection of cranes.

Liebherr USA, Co. Crawler Cranes and Deep Foundation Machines product segment in Lodi offers a product range of crawler cranes, duty-cycle crawler cranes, piling and drilling rigs as well as attachments, such as rotary drives, hammers and vibrators. The Mobile and Crawler Cranes product segment offers a wide range of mobile cranes with telescoping or lattice booms on wheeled or crawler-tracked undercarriages.

The facility in Lodi is located in California’s Central Valley, about 84 miles west of San Francisco and about 36 miles south of Sacramento. In terms of logistics, this allows Liebherr to respond to customer inquiries quicker and accelerate the distribution of parts and services in this region.

The sales and service center located in Hialeah Gardens within Miami, Florida, opened in 2013. The state-of-the-art facility serves as a major hub for Maritime Cranes, Tower Cranes, and the Refrigeration and Freezers product segments of Liebherr USA, Co. The sales and service center is ideally located near the port of Miami and the Miami International Airport. This allows Liebherr to respond to customer inquiries within a short time frame and accelerates the distribution of parts and services.

This Liebherr location offers a variety of Maritime Cranes including offshore cranes and port equipment as well as Tower Cranes including fast-erecting and top-slewing. Here, Liebherr also markets residential and commercial appliances throughout North America.

The Miami sales and service center also offers a broad range of training courses for customers, operators, as well as crane and service staff.

The new Liebherr USA, Co. corporate headquarters in Newport News, VA opened its doors in April 2020. The expanded facilities support nine product segments under its sales umbrella with enhanced capabilities in customer service, technical support and parts distribution. It features a 60,000 ft² administrative building with multiple technology laden meeting rooms, video conferencing capabilities and flexible workspaces for different types of working; an expanded 82,000 ft² workshop with a two-story training center for dealer technicians and customers to gain hands-on experience on the workshop training floor; a 92,000 ft² parts distribution warehouse with the latest safety features and 50 percent increase in storage capacity from previous location; and a dedicated area for retail operations. These facilities are operated by three of the product divisions: Earthmoving and Material Handling Technology, Concrete Technology, and Mobile and Crawler Cranes.

This company began operation in 1989 and is Liebherr's dedicated aftermarket aerospace service center for the Americas. Having Aerospace Saline provides component repair and overhaul, material sales, logistics, technical and engineering support, and customer service.

Liebherr's Gear Cutting line includes gear hobbing, shaping, skiving, and grinding machines, as well as ChamferCut solutions. Also in Saline, Liebherr offers a REMAN program for our vast product range. This program returns equipment to original manufacturer quality through reconditioning, overhaul or repair.

The Liebherr-Aerospace Seattle area office is based approximately 5 miles from one of the world’s largest aerospace companies. This proximity to an industry leading company allows Liebherr to deliver world class engineering support throughout all phases of aircraft systems development and production. Liebherr supports the development of systems that will be part of long range, wide body aircraft. At this location, Liebherr Aerospace engineers collaborate with other engineering and development teams on design, qualification and product testing in support of Liebherr’s aerospace manufacturing operations in Lindenberg, Germany and Toulouse, France.
