If your appliance was delivered over 2 weeks after your purchase date, you can email a copy of your delivery note to [email protected], to request an update to your guarantee date.

You should also receive an automated email confirmation, which includes details of how to contact us, and which information is useful to have on hand to help us deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
