The 5-year Liebherr guarantee applies to all professional appliances, excluding appliances specifically designed for use in Food Retail.These appliances must be purchased between 1st January 2026 and 31st December 2026 for either commercial use in the United Kingdom.
To activate your 5-year guarantee, you must register your appliance on the Liebherr website within 12 months of purchase. Click here to complete the registration process. Proof of purchase will be required for the guarantee to be valid.
Yes, to make a claim under the 5-year guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase. This proof must be submitted to Liebherr customer service prior to any work being carried out on the appliance.
