The 5-year Liebherr guarantee applies to the following models: FRPSvg 1402, FRPSvg 6501, FRPSVg 6511, FRPSvh 1412, FFPSvg 1402, FFPSvg 6501, FRTSvg 7521, FRTSvg 7531, FFTSvg 7521, and FFTSvg 7531. These appliances must be purchased between 1st January 2025 and 31st December 2025 for either commercial or private use in the United Kingdom.
To activate your 5-year guarantee, you must register your appliance on the Liebherr website within 12 months of purchase. Click here to complete the registration process. Proof of purchase will be required for the guarantee to be valid.
Yes, to make a claim under the 5-year guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase. This proof must be submitted to Liebherr customer service prior to any work being carried out on the appliance.

No, the Liebherr Guarantee is not transferable to another appliance, with the exception of specific cases outlined in the terms and conditions.
