Helpful information about our guarantees
Most appliances qualify for a 2-year guarantee as standard.
If your appliances was purchased between 1st June 2025 and 31st October 2025, you may qualify for a free 10-year guarantee. Find out more here.
If you appliances is an A, B, or C rated fridge-freezer purchased between 1st March 2024 and 31st December 2025, you may qualify for a free 10-year guarantee. Find out more here
If your appliances was purchased between 10th November 2024 and 10th December 2024, you may qualify for a free 10-year guarantee. Find out more here.
Our system can accept jpeg, jpg, pdf and png files. It cannot accept other image files. If you are having diffifculty uploading your image, you can submit without uploading, and if you wish to email us a copy, please send it to [email protected]. Please retain a copy of your proof of purchase, as this may be required in the event of a claim.
If you registered your appliance in our SmartDevice app, please e-mail a copy of your proof of purchase to [email protected], and include your serial number. Please note that your guarantee will be invalidated if a qualifying proof of purchase cannot be provided.
If you purchased your appliance new from a retailer operating on a marketplace site, such as Amazon or eBay, you can claim your guarantee.
If you purchased from an individual, reseller, or did not buy a new appliance then your appliance will not be eligible for a manufacturer's. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
You will receive an email confirming your registration, subject to the relevant guarantee terms and conditions.
If your appliance does not meet the terms and conditions, we will attempt to notify you.
Our extended guarantees are a full extension of our standard 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. This includes parts and labour, and does not include accidental damage and consumables. This list is not exhaustive, full details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Selected models are eligible for an additional year when purchased from Euronics dealers.
The models are CNsdc5203, CUe3331, Fci1624, Fe1404N, Rci1620, Re1400N TG 14Ve04, IKGN 51Ve03, and TK 14Ve00 (subject to availability).
Please note that models not purchased through Euronics (also known as Combined Independent Holdings) do not qualify, and this offer is not valid with any other promotions, for example this does not qualify as 11-years during a 10-year guarantee promotion.
To register these for the 3-year guarantee, please use the standard guarantee registration form, and our system will identify the appliance and apply the additional year.
