- Manage Purchasing department of working, processes and organization structure including strategic purchasing, operative purchase
- Support development and ensure implementation of purchase strategies
- Evaluate suppliers' abilities including manufacturing quality, capacity, price, delivery, service, payment term etc
- Strategic purchasing with respect of supplier development, selection, management, controlling
- Manage supplier performance measurement and reporting in cost, delivery and quality performance
- Drive and ensure implementation of sourcing projects and localization to achieve cost targets
- Ensure localization according to management strategies and decisions
- Manage and develop supplier networks to set up a sustainable suppliers base for company
- Supplier chain management and coordination
- Support on new product development
- Other related
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or similar major is an advantage
- Working experience: Working experience as relevant position such as purchasing/sourcing in mechanical manufacturer with Min 5 years experience, Min 3 years experience in supplier audit, supplier management and quality control
- Skill & Knowledge
Good project management, supply chain management and cost analysis skills
Good negotiation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
Good interpersonal communication skills
- Language: Good English
- Computer: Good office Micro software skill
- Other skill: Self motivated, reliable, team working spirit, challenging work preferred
