Responsabilities
- You will participate in the development and calibration of control strategies (Diesel and alternative fuels including H2) for the Liebherr injection system
- You develop the control concepts in Simulink
- You validate the strategies by following the V-cycle (HIL tests, test bench)
- You propose a calibration method for the first application during a customer project
- You are responsible for the management and development of a team of two engineers in the development of engine control functions
- You will develop the team's interfaces with the internal and customers. You will be responsible for the development and management of a team of 2 Engine Control Development Engineers
- You translate the business unit's action plan into clear operational tasks in terms of content and timing for the team
- You actively participate in the improvement of the development process
- You are responsible for summarising and communicating the team's results to management
Profile
- You have at least 5 years experience in the development of engine control functions (injection systems). A first experience in team management is an additional asset
- You have an engineering background in mechanics or electronics
- You are fluent in English (C1). Good knowledge of French or German completes your profile
- You are familiar with Matlab, Inca and Ms Office software
- You stand out for your willingness to build a team and to participate in the energy transition from diesel to hydrogen. Your innovative approach and excellent organisational skills enable you to structure your ideas and unite your team
