Your Responsibilities

• In this position, you will plan and implement offshoring projects in collaboration with the strategic purchasing department;
• You monitor the implementation of the offshoring projects in order to achieve the objectives and ensure the timely implementation of the projects;
• You analyse and evaluate critical supply chains;
• You take care of the development of new suppliers within the global sourcing strategy (BCC Best Cost Country Sourcing);
• You follow up and process the various actions taken due to audit deviations;
• You are the key contact person for supplier selection, validation and evaluation;
• You build strategic suppliers and ensure delivery capability in terms of quality and time;
• You analyze errors and initiate corrective actions.
  

Your Profile

• You have a successful background in mechanical engineering, aeronautics and aerospace, business engineering in machine building or a similar qualification;
• You have several years of professional experience as a project manager and knowledge of auditing (audit training VDA 6.3). Audit knowledge of APQP and its components (FMEA, MSA, PAPP, ...) is also required;
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• You have a perfect command of the English language and a good knowledge of German and/or French;
• You are characterized by analytical and solution-oriented thinking, take the initiative and are assertive, willing to travel for your work.
