Field Service Administrator Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to the Field Service Department for Planned and Breakdown Maintenance for Liebherr Customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute employees rostered and ADHOC Mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Raise & Approve Travel Authorities.
• Maintain Customer relationships.
• Book/Maintain Field Service Team Training and Compliance.
• Maintain and update internal databases and registers.
• Raise Purchase Orders, Maintain receipts and match invoices.

About you

• Certificate IV in Business Administration OR At least 3 years relevant Administrative experience.
• High attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard.
• Intermediate computer skills.
