Common Rail injector LI2

Liebherr engineers used solid materials and a flax-seat control valve in the design of the LI2 Common Rail injector. The resulting injector is particularly robust against aggressive fuels and thus ideally suited for demanding use in off-road and heavy-duty on-road applications. The permanently leak-free injector is tuned to minimal control leakage and is thus very efficient despite low fuel consumption. Two different nozzle diameters and different housing sizes are available for the LI2 injector. The function-related microprecision parts are produced in-house and so the injector is custom-adapted to the needs of each customer and application.
