Your responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations on employee safety, occupational health, environmental protection and fire safety, as well as internal company requirements.
- Manage air, noise, water and waste compliance. This includes emission compliance and permit applications, follow up till obtain or renew permits.
- Maintain and support corporate CR Policy, establish and implement company incident response manual and local ESG related management system.
- EHSS reporting such as Incident reporting, environmental/safety declaration, regular authority EHSS reports and other business internal reports.
- Support and plan on incident investigations, and follow-up on corrective actions for EHSS deviations to achieve business goals.
- Responsible for ESG related KPI reporting and statistical analysis.
- Establishment and optimization of energy-saving diagnosis and energy consumption analysis rules, cleaner production review, policy research and other environmental protection and energy-saving technical consultation, including plan and report writing.
- Be responsible for operational boundary conditions, risk assessment and guidance for energy management system and carbon emission check or audit.
- Excavating feasible opportunities for energy-saving renovation and emission reduction of existing projects.
- Green development and sustainability initiatives.
- Other tasks to be assigned by supervisor.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Chemical industry, environmental protection etc.
- Environmental engineering
- ESG related trainings
- Holder of certificates for environment / safety engineer or safety management personnel preferred
- At least 3 years’ EHS working experience
- Working experience in manufacturing company is preferred
- Knowledge of quality system, project management
- Proficient MS office skills
- Skilled in written and oral English
