The LRH 600 piling rig is particularly suitable for heavy piling operations with large radius. The proven crawler crane LR 1300.1 SX or duty cycle crawler crane HS 895 HD and HS 8200 can be used as a carrier machine. The modern concept of the new fixed leader impresses with easy and quick assembly by means of pin connections. A high degree of stability is ensured through the lattice boom design. The range of application covers the most common processes in deep foundation work. In addition to pile driving with a hammer or a vibrator, these include drilling operations with continuous flight auge...

High service availability
A global service network with experienced technicians and fast access to spare parts ensure high machine availability and a long product service life.
Reliable drive technology
A reliable and easy to service diesel engine designed for the HS series provides the required hydraulic power. Less operating costs are achieved by lower fuel consumption. Through its new exhaust after-treatment system the required emission targets are attained.
Intelligent crane control
The crane control system offers a multitude of programme and control options. Color displays clearly provide service and machine data. All movements can be carried out simultaneously. The operator thus benefits from a facilitated handling of the rig. Furthermore, quick working cycles are achieved.
High working length at large radii and inclination
With the fixed leader the rig achieves working length of more than 50 meters and a maximum radius of 15 meters. Thanks to the clever leader kinematics inclinations of up to 14° backwards and 9.5° forwards are possible.
High Performance carrier machines
Owing to the high engine power of the basic machine, the hydraulic hammers and rotary drives can be operated directly from the on-board hydraulic system, thus no additional power pack is required.

MyJobsite
One single tool for the collection, documentation and analysis of all process, machine, construction site and position data.
Recording of working processes (PDE)
With the PDE process data recording system machine data is recorded during the working process.
Eco silent mode
With the eco silent mode the engine speed can be reduced to a predefined, required level. With this feature a notable reduction in diesel consumption can be achieved without any impact on operational output. Noise emissions are thus also lowered.
Automatic engine stop
The machine can optionally be equipped with an automatic engine stop control. Thanks to this feature it automatically switches off during longer work breaks after evaluating several machine parameters. This is fuel saving and environmentally friendly.
Fleet management and teleservice
The data transmission and positioning system “LiDAT” provides important information on the operation of the machine. With these data the operation becomes more efficient. Various additional modules allow machine data reporting or access through service engineers via teleservice.
Vibrating
Vibrating allows for installing and extracting elements using harmonious vibration.
Continuous flight auger drilling
The loosened soil material is continuously conveyed to the surface using a continuous auger, the so-called continuous flight auger.
Impact driving
Impact driving uses a hydraulic hammer for the installation of various types of pile. The hammer’s ram mass impacts on the pile.
Full displacement drilling
Full displacement drilling is a modification of continuous flight auger drilling. The drilling tool used is a smooth pipe with an auger-type starter piece.
