We are a family-owned company

The company has been family-owned since its establishment by Hans Liebherr in 1949. It continues to place great importance on remaining independent, and mastering key technologies itself. Liebherr plans and acts for the long term, with responsibility and foresight, and therefore stands for secure jobs and a collaborative and trusting working environment.

The wide range of company benefits are administered and offered by the individual companies. These include, for example, collective pay scales and performance-related pay, company pension plans and work-life balance.

Wide range of opportunities

Our product segments encompass earthmoving, material handling technology, deep foundation machines, mining, mobile and crawler cranes, tower cranes, concrete technology, maritime cranes, gear technology and automation systems, aerospace and transportation systems, components, refrigeration and freezing as well as hotels.

Whether as a customer service technician, IT specialist or marketing manager: the Liebherr Group with its more than 140 companies provides a particularly broad spectrum of opportunities.

Focus on individuality

We have been training talented young people for many decades. With around 60 trainee occupations and 40 dual study programs, we support school students as they enter the world of work, providing career orientation and practical relevance. For experienced employees, we open up new prospects, for example via comprehensive development programs. We base these on the professional goals and personal strengths of each individual.
