Our latest feature: HydroBreeze
We found inspiration for HydroBreeze in California's Salinas Valley. Its proximity to the cool waters of the Pacific means a fine, humid mist settles over the valley and its fields in summer. This keeps fruits and vegetables fresh preventing them from drying out.
We have transferred this principle to our freshness requirement: a cold mist that is delicately laid over the fruit and vegetables. It ensures crisp freshness and allows even fine-leafed vegetables to keep for an extra-long time.
HydroBreeze is the visual wow effect in the airtight BioFresh Professional safe. The freshness mist, combined with a shop temperature of 32°F (0°C), ensures optimal storage conditions and the extra freshness kick for stored food.
HydroBreeze activates every 90 minutes for 4 seconds and for 8 seconds every time the door is opened.
