What you need to know

Step 1 - Prepare your Purchase Order (PO#)

• A valid PO number is required to register
• Have this information ready before beginning the process
• Machine serial number with training credits

Step 2 — Access the bookings page

• Click the registration button to gain access the bookings page

Step 3 — Select your training session

• Choose the course and week that best fits your schedule

Step 4 — Book the training week

• Click on the first day of the training week in the calendar
• This will automatically reserve the entire week of training
• Select the time slot if prompted

Step 5 — Complete the registration form

• Fill out all required fields accurately
• Verify your information before submitting

Step 6 — Submit your registration

• Click “Book” to finalize your request
• The registered attendee will receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.

Once a training class is full, it will no longer appear on the calendar. Please select the next available date.

Upon completing registration, the attendee will receive a confirmation email. Should you require a copy, please request that they forward it to you.

Safety toed boots, appropriate working attire, laptop and a learning attitude.

Participants are required to pay for their own flights, hotel, and transportation to and from courses.

Cancellations/changes must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the course starting date. Cancellations or changes made within 10 business days of a courses start date will result in a cancellation/change fee of $500.00 per person. In the event of a “no show” the full cost of the course will be invoiced.
