Liebherr mobile cranes operate the installation of Nossa Senhora Aparecida Sanctuary bell tower, in Brazil

Two Liebherr mobile cranes were used in the assembling of the metallic structure of the bell tower of the National Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora Aparecida, in São Paulo (Brazil). The Sanctuary in the city of Aparecida is the second largest catholic temple of the world, behind only of Saint Peter’s Basilica, in the Vatican. The operation was made by the contractor Guindastes Tatuapé.

Griebel & Mahncke Schwertransporte rely on Liebherr LTM 1095-5.1 mobile crane

Griebel & Mahncke is a transport and assembly contractor which mainly uses the three mobile cranes in its fleet for its own hoisting work. Recently it has added a new crane from Liebherr to its fleet: an LTM 1095-5.1 with a load capacity of 95 tonnes has replaced an 80-tonne machine and is now the company's largest mobile crane. At Bauma 2016 in Munich (Germany) Liebherr presented its wide range of large diameter bearings this April. These have now been included into a new product catalogue. In addition to the option of a standardised selection of various bearing designs, the catalogue offers a comprehensive guideline for the construction and integration of a bearing into a respective machine.
