Red Dot Design Award 2017 for the new Liebherr L 580 LogHandler XPower®

The Liebherr L 580 LogHandler XPower® has won the 2017 Red Dot Award in the Product Design category. The jury of eminent experts was impressed by the distinctive lines and powerful lift arm of the L 580 LogHandler XPower®. The Liebherr-Werk Bischofshofen celebrates winning the prestigious design award just weeks after the global market launch of the L 580 LogHandler XPower®. The Red Dot Design Award is one of the most important international awards in the field of design.

Liebherr at OTC 2017 in Houston

This year, once again, the Liebherr Group will be represented with two of its divisions at the international Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), one of the world's biggest offshore exhibitions. OTC 2017 will be opening its doors to visitors from 2 - 4 May in Houston, Texas.

Montréal : des grues à tour Liebherr au-dessus de l’entrée du stade olympique

À l’occasion de grands travaux de rénovation sur la Montréal Tower, les deux grues à tour 630 EC-H et 710 HC-L de Liebherr travaillent de concert et garantissent ainsi une efficacité optimale sur le chantier. Les grues sont mises en œuvre pour la construction de surfaces de bureaux supplémentaires, pour la rénovation de l’observatoire et l’installation d’un éclairage à la pointe de la technique. Pour sécuriser l’ancrage de la grue High-Top 630 EC-H, ce sont des entretoises spécialement construites pour le client qui ont été employées.

The Liebherr PR 736 – Generation 6 crawler tractor at the Smopyc 2017 trade fair

Flossdorf expands fleet with a Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 mobile crane

Dietmar Flossdorf GmbH took delivery of an LTM 1500-8.1 mobile crane at the Liebherr Plant in Ehingen in mid-March. The 8-axle 500-tonne mobile crane will replace a seven-year-old LTM 1350-6.1. The new crane will extend Flossdorf's range of services upwards. It provides additional job capacity, particularly in the wind power sector where it will primarily be used for repairs and repowering.

Système visionnaire de flèches en treillis de Liebherr

Pour le montage de la dernière génération d'éoliennes, Liebherr a conçu pour les grues à flèche en treillis de 750 tonnes LR 1750/2 et LG 1750 un système entièrement nouveau de flèches appelé SX. Le système SX permet de construire des installations à une hauteur de moyeu de 165 mètres maxi. et à des poids de 120 tonnes maxi. Ces données de puissance étaient jusqu'à présent réservées à des grues à partir de la classe des 1000t.
