A vacancy has arisen within our Transportation department based in Gatwick for a Support Administrator. The role contributes to the success of Liebherr – Great Britain Ltd and Liebherr Transportation GmbH by providing a professional and competent administrative support service to the Gatwick Operations Facility, whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times and working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accurate administration of the Liebherr Gatwick Services database, to include the logging of product and creation of repair information
  • Delivery note creation and courier coordination for delivery of Liebherr product, to ensure the correct units are delivered to customer in a timely manner
  • Effective time management and prioritisation of customer queries and product returns
  • To assist in the continuous service improvement process; continually developing internal process and systems to make the administration of jobs more efficient
  • To provide office administration support to the team at Liebherr Gatwick, with liaison and compliance with the Liebherr-Great Britain Head Office (Biggleswade)
  • Team calendar management to cover Field Engineer whereabouts and team and management meetings
  • Dealing with incoming post, screening of junk mail
  • Arrangement of catering for customer meetings in line with company policy
  • Meeting preparation, to include: agenda and the Minutes/Actions of previous meetings and preparation/collation of the relevant presentation material, coordinating input from attendees and producing handout packs where necessary
  • Facilitate travel plans, including planning and booking detailed travel itineraries and comply with the travel policy
  • Support the Divisional Manager ensuring that all time sheets are completed on a weekly basis where required
  • Host visitors at all levels of seniority – ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place prior to the visit
