An intuitive interface facilitates the fast display of key information, such as the number of lifts carried out and how optimal these were in terms of their travel path. This provides site managers and supervisors with a basis for their decision-making.

Site planners can use this captured material movement data to check set-ups and related assumptions. The knowledge gained can be used in subsequent construction projects.

The lifting data obtained can also be used to enhance site diaries. Materials moved by the crane can be recorded with further process data for later traceability.

Transparency of material movement

The movement of materials becomes transparent. Pick-up and unloading points are shown per day with the help of a graphic display of all lifts carried out by machines on site. Different filters enable individual machines to be selected and compared. Downtimes due to overlapping working ranges become visible as a result.

Crane utilisation across the entire construction phase

It’s quick and easy to view the areas in which a crane has been used during a construction project. This allows the planned crane activities to be compared with their real equivalent to check whether calculations were correct.

Wind data

External influences impact lifts. In the event of strong winds, only limited crane operation is possible, if at all. The logging and display of wind forces enables a quick analysis of causes on days showing unscheduled low performance.
