Tower cranes

Intelligent construction site

Comprehensive planning – efficient implementation – spot-on analysis

The future is straight ahead of us

We are taking a fresh look at the work of tower cranes. This means optimising the processes related to, and carried out by, tower cranes e.g. the lifting of loads from A to B on a construction site. And in doing so, we’re also opening up perspectives on activities beyond the actual tower crane task at hand, and recognising additional potential in terms of crane operators, architects, construction planners and supervisors working together on site. Be part of our journey!

Plan

We offer relevant solutions and support for, and during, the operational planning of our crane products. Our emphasis here is on the rapidly growing trend of digital construction planning and digital planning processes.

Plan

More and more buildings are being planned using digital technology. As a result, planners and architects are also requesting 3D crane models early on in the process. We’ve addressed this in PLAN, where we also make it possible for those not so familiar with cranes to select machines quickly and easily. Once the choice has been made, we provide standardised crane models, which are optimised for planning software, so that key information such as lifting capacities, geometric dimensions and corner loads can be used within the relevant software.

Operate

As crane operators are in charge of the most important handling equipment on a construction site, they need to be in close communication with the day-to-day decision-makers on site so they can quickly respond to operational changes. We take up this concept in OPERATE, which focuses on bringing crane operators and decision makers closer together on the operational side of things. Together with the digital tools designed for the better planning of crane operations, this increases efficiency on site.
