At Liebherr-Aerospace and Transportation, we offer high qualified motivated graduates 18-months full of challenges and fascinating insights to an innovative and dynamic industry. As a trainee, you will be prepared for your intended area of work during the trainee program. During our 18-months trainee program you will be deployed at three different locations within Liebherr Group, in Europe and/or outside of Europe.  The fields of operation could be in Research & Technology, Engineering, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Purchase. You will get to know Liebherr from variable perspectives, and you will get an idea how inter-divisional interfaces in the company interact with each other. You will meet a lot of interesting people who like to share their knowledge with you. During this time, you will significantly enhance your skills and competencies and you will operate in different fields in an international environment.You will be part of a development program with the objective to further improve your skills and expertise. You also have the possibility to take part in individual trainings, which especially fit to your requirements.

Contributing your strengths! your qualifications:

• You have a master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a MBA preferably with a specialization in one of the above-mentioned areas (Research & Technology, Engineering, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Purchase). Youou have a strong passion for technology.
• Your personal strengths include high self-motivation, enthusiasm for new tasks and challenging activities, a solution oriented and innovative thinking, openness to new experiences, flexibility, curiosity, team-spirit, cross-cultural communication, and intercultural awareness.
• You have a strong personality; you are self-confident and are willing to take over responsibility.
• You have already gained international experience (e.g. semester / internship abroad) and you are globally mobile.
• You have already gained professional experience of at least six months including apprenticeship.
• You are highly proficient in English and fluent in French. German is an asset.
