Liebherr Great Britain sponsored ‘My Future My Choice’ during ‘Vertikal Days’

The recently held ‘Vertikal Days’ crane exhibition at Haydock Park Newton-Le-Willows Merseyside saw Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd sponsor a 2 day charity event. This event, called ‘My Future My Choice’, hosted a group of 9-10 years olds from Allanson Street Primary School, St Helens and a number of 12-14 year olds from Maghull High School in Liverpool.

From its extensive range of earthmoving and material handling machines, Liebherr's exhibits at the CTT in Moscow include the PR 734-4 crawler tractor, the R 916 crawler excavator, the L 538 and L 550 wheel loaders and the A 924 C mobile materials handling machine. The Liebherr Group presents a selection of its varied range of cranes at the CTT Moscow. While the LTR 1060 telescopic crawler crane with its variable boom system is predestined for the assembly of finished parts, the modular 150 EC-B 8 Litronic flat-top crane can be modified for a broad range of construction site requirements. Visitors to the exhibition are also able to test the crane simulator for construction cranes, which is a permanent item in Liebherr's crane driver training program.

Liebherr shows the modified 43 R4 XXT truck-mounted concrete pump at the CTT 2015. The four-section distributor boom is extremely stable and torsionally rigid, permitting maximum flexibility and a large working range of the distributor boom with narrow outrigging.

Liebherr mobile cranes launch 100-tonne motor ship into water

The “Seegold” is a new motor ship for shuttle services on Lake Constance. In May two Liebherr mobile cranes have launched the 100-tonne ship's hull into the water. Tight spaces and the low capacity of the quay in Friedrichshafen made the lift a challenge. In use were an LTM 1350-6.1 from the Wiesbauer company, and an LTM 1400-7.1 from Paule.

LTM 1300-6.2 mobile crane with Liebherr single-engine concept proves itself in use

Liebherr unveiled the new 300-tonne LTM 1300-6.2 at the Bauma 2013, featuring a brand new power concept to operate the superstructure. Instead of the twin-engine concept normally used on cranes in this class this crane is powered by a single engine with a mechanical shaft. Gear shafts are routed from the distributor gear in the substructure via two mitre gears through the centre of the slewing ring to the pump distributor gear in the superstructure. Several dozen models of this new crane have since proven their worth on sites around the world.

Liebherr telescopic handler TL 432-7 at the Maskin Expo 2015: new model with 7 m lifting height

At the Maskin Expo 2015, Liebherr showcases the TL 432-7, a representative of the new telescopic handler model range with 7 m lifting height. Three models with 7 m lifting height are available. During development, demands from companies in the construction industry and equipment hire were at the forefront.

Liebherr crawler excavator R 914 Compact at the Maskin Expo 2015

At the 2015 Maskin Expo, Liebherr is presenting the crawler excavator R 914 Compact, which supplements the product program of compact crawler excavators. The compact excavator was first presented at the 2013 Bauma in Munich (Germany). The design of this 15 tonne machine features the same concept as the A 914 Compact and A 918 Compact wheeled excavators.

Liebherr LTF 1060-4.1 truck-chassis crane provides maximum load capacity of 60 tons

At the 2015 Maskin Expo, Liebherr displays the LTF 1060-4.1 truck-chassis crane with a maximum load capacity of 60 metric tons. This crane was first launched in 2009 as an addition to the top end of the cranes intended for installation on truck chassis. With a 40-metre telescopic boom and a 16 m double folding fly jib, this crane can lift loads to a height of up to 56 m and an outreach of 48 m.

The machine exhibited in Stockholm at the 2015 Maskin Expo is an excellent representative from the Liebherr range of small material handlers. The LH 22 is available with both wheeled and crawler undercarriage.

2015 Maskin Expo: Enhanced comfort for operators with Liebherr wheel loaders

Liebherr is exhibiting the wheel loaders L 538 and L 580 at the 2015 Maskin Expo. Both machines are equipped with kinematics that are suitable for industrial applications. The L 538 is a real all-rounder – even the organizer of the 2015 Maskin Expo uses this Liebherr wheel loader for setting up the fairgrounds. The modern cabin design and a broad range of sophisticated equipment, such as the additional heating at the L 580, enhance comfort for the operator. Due to the hydrostatic driveline, both exhibits are very fuel efficient, consuming up to 25 percent less fuel.
