  • 1 small onion
  • 130 g oat flakes
  • 100 grated cheese
  • 130 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1–2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Herbs to taste

Make your own vegetarian mince in eight steps and enjoy:

1. Finely dice the onion.

2. Mix the oat flakes, cheese, milk, egg, a dash of vegetable stock and spices in a bowl.

3. Heat the oil in a pan.

4. Fry the mixture for a few minutes and break it up.

5. Add the diced onion when the mince is golden brown.

6. Fry the vegetarian mince for a few minutes. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
