LiDAT smartApp

Big Data-Analysis

Analyse the performance of your machine

The LiDAT smartApp is a digital solution for material handling that makes it possible to analyse the cycle and status data of the machine so that its use can be optimised. The focus here is on making handling processes faster, more environmentally friendly and more cost-efficient. The collected data can be accessed via a web browser with an active internet connection.

Benefits

Handling efficiency

Meaningful key figures are calculated on the basis of automatic cycle recognition, which help to analyse turnover processes in order to optimise them and exploit their full potential.

Cost savings

Optimised handling processes, plannable times for refuelling and maintenance work minimise machine downtime and thus save costs.

Resources and environment

Efficient handling processes conserve resources and reduce the impact on the environment.

Your digital companion

Data has become an important part of operational processes. With the help of suitable analyses, useful information can be obtained from it, on the basis of which we can act. LiDAT smartApp supports you in realising this in relation to your machine. This can optimise work processes and ultimately save time and costs.

Features

The duty cycle crawler crane continuously records all relevant operating data to ensure complete documentation of machine activities. All recorded data is transmitted directly and securely to the Liebherr server via an encrypted connection.

Dashboard

Thanks to Operation Monitoring, the machine screen is emulated directly in LiDAT smartApp. This allows users to view the machine's live data in real time - a crucial function for precise monitoring and well-founded decisions.
