Vibrator slim design

The high-frequency vibrator LV 20 F is specially designed for all common methods of soil improvement. This includes the installation of vibro-replacement columns or vibrated cast-in-place piles. The flexible suspension of the exciter block in the yoke counterbalances the angular errors between the piling element and the leader, which is unavoidable in this application. This also minimises the loss of performance as well as the wear on all parts.

Features

Preheating to operating temperature

The gearbox oil is preheated and flows through the standing gearbox to the exciter block so offering improved lubrication. This minimizes wear and tear and extends the service life.

No linear guide

Means no wear on the vibrator and piling element

Continuous cooling

The cooling circuit is connected to the carrier machine and continues to cool even when the vibrator is not in use, so ensuring consistent cooling of the vibrator.

Large dimensioned main bearings

The bearings of the eccentrics’ shaft are largely dimensioned and so designed for a long service life.

Obstacle recognition

An improvement for slurry wall application is the obstacle recognition, which enables the timely detection of obstacles in the soil. This protects both the attachment and the basic machine.
