On 10 December, Liebherr-Australia’s fabrication team completed its 50th mining excavator bucket for 2025, setting a new annual production benchmark for the facility, which is located in Adelaide, South Australia.

In April 2025, the fabrication team at Liebherr-Australia’s Perth facility in Western Australia celebrated its 100th bucket fabrication. The milestone bucket was delivered to an iron ore operation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and was fitted to an R 9600 excavator.
