Bauma 2016: Liebherr presents its cost-effective solutions for lifting systems in Hall A4

Liebherr develops components for various degrees of integration – from a planetary plug-in gearbox up to a complete lifting system. All the relevant components are from in-house development and production and, thus, perfectly matched together. With the new winch system DEW550/1916 Liebherr displays at the Bauma an example of a complete lifting system in Hall A4.

Enhanced safety for attachment changeover: Further development of hydraulic quick coupler from Liebherr

At Bauma 2016 Liebherr showcases the further developed, hydraulic quick coupler for hydraulic excavators. A second proximity sensor now provides additional safety during the changeover of attachments.

Liebherr enhances its hydraulic components portfolio

Liebherr expands its hydraulic components portfolio by energy-efficient hydraulic power units and a new hydraulic cylinder series-production range for pressures of up to 350 bar. The Liebherr Group will, thus, offer its customers further cost-effective and efficient system solutions in this sector. Liebherr will present the latest hydraulic products at the Bauma 2016 in Munich in Hall A4.

World premiere at Bauma 2016: The Liebherr R 922 crawler excavator for less regulated markets

In Munich, Liebherr presents a new crawler excavator model series, whose diesel engines satisfy the emissions standards Stage IIIA / Tier 3 / CHINA III. At the so-called "BRICS Demonstration Park" located close to the Bauma trade fair grounds, Liebherr presents earthmoving machines during Bauma 2016, which are specifically oriented towards the needs of customers from less regulated markets such as Russia, India, China, South-East Asia or South Africa.

More power, lower consumption: The new Liebherr hydraulic excavators for exhaust emission standards Stage IV / Tier 4f

Liebherr has further improved its hydraulic excavators as part of the machine changeover to the exhaust emissions standards Stage IV / Tier 4f. All machines from the 14 tonnes category not only have reduced nitrogen oxide and particulate emissions values in comparison to the corresponding predecessor machines. At Bauma Liebherr presents three wheeled and six crawler excavators from the new range.

More customer benefits: The new Liebherr truck mixer generation 05 at the Bauma 2016

At the Bauma 2016, Liebherr is showing a prototype of the new truck mixer generation 05 (available from 2017) to the general public for the first time. Liebherr has completely reworked the vehicle – for increased cost efficiency, improved ergonomics and more safety.

The Liebherr crawler tractor PR 716 unveiled at Bauma 2016

Liebherr expands its generation 6 crawler tractor series to include the new PR 716 Litronic. The new range comprises six models with operating weights from 13 tonnes to over 73 tonnes.

Liebherr presents electric version of FAT 325 travel drive

At the Bauma 2016, Liebherr is presenting a new version of the FAT 325 travel drive powered by an electric motor from the PGK series. The electric travel drive was designed for devices with an operating weight of roughly 30 to 40 tonnes and is ideal for crawler vehicles with a diesel-electric drivetrain. Liebherr is thus following the electrification trend of off-highway devices, which aims at improving overall efficiency levels.

New Diesel and Gas Engine Concepts by Liebherr

At the Bauma 2016, with the D96XX and D98XX Liebherr presents its two new V-diesel-engine product lines. Also on display is the new G946 λ1 mobile gas engine, which has been developed especially for agricultural and forestry applications, but also for the construction industry, industrial and transport applications. Other innovative products on display include the SCRFilter for the D93X, D94X and D95XX engine models.

New generation of common rail systems from Liebherr with additional installation version

At the Bauma 2016, Liebherr is presenting a new installation version of its pioneering common rail injection system 11.2 as well as a new engine control unit. Both in-house developed and manufactured innovations are planned for series production in mid-2016. The whole system is designed to meet the common off-road emissions standards as well as on-road guidelines EURO V and EURO VI.

New 8-axle crane from Liebherr: LTM 1450-8.1 with 85 m telescopic boom on the road

Liebherr presents the new LTM 1450-8.1 with its maximum load capacity of 450 tonnes at the Bauma. The new crane features a very long yet powerful 85 m telescopic boom. The new LTM 1450-8.1 can even perform crane jobs normally reserved for the 500-tonne class in many cases.

The new Liebherr 50 M5 XXT truck mounted concrete pump: Compact on the road, wide coverage on the construction site

At the Bauma 2016, Liebherr is presenting the new 50 M5 XXT truck mounted concrete pump to the general public for the first time. The vehicle, positioned in the 50-m class, includes many new innovations. The development focused in particular on optimising the unladen weight and the dimensions.
