TOPKRAN orders mobile and crawler cranes from Liebherr worth 42 million euros

Moscow-based crane rental company TOPKRAN placed an order with Liebherr at the start of December for the delivery of mobile and crawler cranes worth a total of 42 million euros. The order includes cranes with lifting capacities between 220 and 1350 tonnes. The need to meet the rising demand in the Russian market persuaded TOPKRAN to significantly expand its fleet.

KAMAZ-Master challenges Dakar 2018 and wins again

Dakar race 2018 was the 40th in general rally-marathon that covered the territories of three countries – Peru, Bolivia and Argentina. The 9,000 km journey started on January 6, 2018, in the capital of Peru, Lima, returning back after a five-year break. The 50 M5 XXT development focused on integrating new technologies and capabilities, lowering the overall weight and optimizing product dimensions.

Liebherr THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump especially suited to special civil engineering works.

Intermat 2018 will see Liebherr introduce the THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump, which offers a maximum delivery rate of 102 m³/h and features a six-cylinder engine. The series of Liebherr crawler concrete pumps encompasses a total of three models – the THS 80 D-K, the THS 110 D-K and the THS 140 D-K with maximum delivery rates ranging from 65 m³/h to 135 m³/h.

In the course of 2018, Liebherr will launch 8 new telescopic handler models in a total of 26 different versions. The new Liebherr telescopic handlers will be available in two model lines: First, the top-of-the-range models for materials handling or for production applications (identified by the suffix S). Second, the simple, cost-optimised value models for stacking and lifting applications.

Liebherr presents rough-terrain crane at Intermat 2018

Unveiled to the public at last year´s Conexpo, Liebherr has extended its mobile crane product range with an additional series of rough-terrain cranes in the 90-tonne (100 US ton) and 100-tonne (110 US ton) classes. Visitors can see the Liebherr Rough-Terrain crane LRT 1090-2.1 that features high performance, safety and comfort.

LIPOS®: Accuracy put in a nutshell

Exact positioning and precise execution of piling and drilling processes are crucial for the success of deep foundation machinery. Using a factory-mounted add-on kit Liebherr’s positioning system LIPOS® allows for the direct integration of a Trimble or Leica machine control system into its process data recording and reporting systems. The positioning systems for drilling and piling rigs are based on state-of-the-art Differential Global Navigation Satellite Systems (DGNSS) technology and so creating the ideal conditions for a precise and efficient positioning of Liebherr machines and their working tools.

The LH 26 M Industry Litronic mobile material handling machine exhibited at Intermat 2018 meets the requirements of the Stage IV/Tier 4f emissions standards and represents the Liebherr series of small material handling machines. It is extremely robust and powerful, making it ideal for use in material recycling and scrap recycling.

Working range of the Liebherr 172 EC-B 8 Litronic flat-top crane increased

Liebherr has reworked the successful 172 EC-B 8 Litronic flat-top crane and will present its successor to experts for the first time at Intermat 2018. The jib has been extended to 62.5 metres and enables even more accurate division. The new flat-top crane will be presented on the new 16 EC tower system alongside the LiUP internal crane driver elevator.
