    Even more power for Canada's south-west

    At Bauma 2025, J.D.A. Cranes took delivery of two new Liebherr mobile cranes: an LTM 1400-6.1 and an LTM 1160-5.2. The 400-tonne crane will be the most powerful crane in the fleet and will be used in north-west Alberta and north-east British Columbia – including in wind farms and in the oil and gas industry.

    The winners of the ESTA Awards of Excellence 2025 were announced at an awards ceremony in Munich on 10 April. Liebherr was honoured in the Safety category for the introduction of driver assistance systems for mobile cranes: These systems ensure greater safety in road traffic and focus in particular on protecting vulnerable road users such as pedestrians and cyclists.     Liebherr sta portando avanti l'ammodernamento della tecnologia delle gru e presenta l'ultima generazione di gru da 150 tonnellate, la LTM 1150-5.4. Nell'ambito dell'introduzione del nuovo sistema di controllo LICCON3, la collaudata LTM 1150-5.3 è stata ulteriormente sviluppata. Il veicolo a 5 assi ora brilla non solo per la tecnologia all'avanguardia, ma anche per il design della gru di tendenza della nuova serie. Inoltre, l'LTM 1150-5.4 è dotata di nuovi sistemi di assistenza alla guida per aumentare la sicurezza su strada.     “Zero emission, full power”:gru mobile Liebherr LTM 1150-5.4E con azionamento elettrico

    Alla Bauma 2025, Liebherr presenterà l'LTM 1150-5.4, convertita alla nuova generazione di sistemi di controllo LICCON3. Un momento clou dell’evento sarà la presentazione della variante LTM 1150-5.4E con azionamento elettrico, che consente movimenti della gru senza emissioni e con un ridotto inquinamento acustico. Con una batteria integrata, la gru può operare in modo autonomo fino a quattro ore senza collegamento alla rete elettrica. Inoltre, è sufficiente una bassa potenza di collegamento in cantiere per sfruttare appieno le prestazioni della gru, poiché la batteria funge da efficiente accumulatore. L'LTM 1150-5.4E soddisfa i requisiti dei "cantieri Zero Emission" e combina sostenibilità e massima efficienza.
