ESEASA takes delivery of the first LR 1700-1.0W narrow-track crawler crane in Latin America

The Mexican crane and heavy haulage company ESEASA has taken delivery of a new Liebherr LR 1700-1.0W. It is the first crane of this type in Latin America. In addition to the narrow travel gear, which mainly offers advantages in wind farms, ESEASA has also ordered the wide standard travel gear. The crane also comes with a variety of boom configurations, providing maximum flexibility and making it ideal for use in industrial applications as well.

Outre quatre pelles sur pneus des modèles A 918, A 918 Compact et A 920, deux pelles sur chenilles R 920 Compact ont également été utilisées. Grâce à l'intervention coordonnée de KEMNA BAU Andreae GmbH & Co. KG et à l'interaction parfaite des machines Liebherr, le chantier a pu être achevé encore plus rapidement que prévu .

MSG expands large crane fleet with Liebherr

MSG Krandienst GmbH, based in the Franco-German border region near Strasbourg, is expanding its fleet of large cranes with two modern machines from the Liebherr plant in Ehingen. Porto Chibatão sets another milestone with four LBS 800

The contract for the purchase of four cranes was signed during the Intermodal event in São Paulo in 2022. The cranes were delivered in September and are now part of a fleet of 16 barge-slewing cranes in operation at the port. Founded in 1987, Porto Chibatão plays a crucial role in the logistical operations and economic impact on the regional economy. It serves the Manaus industrial park, also known as the Manaus free trade zone, and is essential for processing increasing cargo volumes in the region.

First LPS 600 in Germany boosts logistics for J. MÜLLER

The LPS 600 features a 61-metre boom, a motorised grab control and an e-drive that ensures optimal handling performance. The crane is designed for a total travel distance of 650 metres in one direction and therefore has an extra-large cable drum. A curve-going chassis with various pivot points has also been installed so that the crane can travel on winding roads and thus reach more areas of the harbour effectively. Special seals on the wheels have been installed as flood protection. The seaport of Brake is located 26 kilometres upstream from the Weser delta. It has modern transhipment facilities, silo facilities and warehouses along a 2.5-kilometre-long quay and a total of seven berths for large ships.

The ‘Provence Grand Large’ project comprises three 8.4 MW wind turbines on floating platforms anchored 17 kilometres off the coast. The use of the Liebherr LR 11350 crawler crane was crucial for the installation.
