At the trade fair for electrical automation, SPS IPC Drives 2015, from 24 to 26 November, Liebherr will be presenting solutions from the areas of electric machines, as well as control and regulation technology and mobile electronics for the first time.

Liebherr wheel loader L 550 displayed at Excon 2015: Increased productivity at construction site

At Excon 2015, Liebherr is exhibiting the wheel loader L 550, an example of its expanding wheel loader product range for the Indian market. Due to the hydrostatic driveline, the L 550 is – like all Liebherr wheel loaders – very fuel efficient, consuming up to 25 percent less fuel compared with conventional wheel loaders under the same conditions. The high tipping load of the machine increases the productivity at work, because larger buckets can be used to handle more material with each loading cycle.

First LTM 1300-6.2 delivered to South Africa – Marlboro Crane Hire trusts in Liebherr mobile cranes

The Marlboro Crane Hire fleet has featured the very latest crane technology since September 2015. Liebherr delivered an LTM 1300-6.2 mobile crane to the South African crane rental company. One of the main reasons for selecting the Liebherr crane was its 78-metre telescopic boom. Les journées extraction de Liebherr attirent plus de 1 000 visiteurs internationaux

Mi-octobre, le Groupe Liebherr a accueilli plus de 1 000 visiteurs internationaux du domaine de l’extraction à la carrière de Saint-Nabor en France. Des grues Liebherr en action pour la construction du nouveau pont du Forth, en Écosse

À Édimbourg (Écosse), plus de douze grues Liebherr, notamment trois grues à tour à partie tournante Liebherr 630 EC-H 40 Litronic, sont mises à contribution tous les jours pour la construction du nouveau pont du Forth. Ce pont de 2,7 km de long, qui devrait être achevé fin 2016, sera le plus long pont à haubans d'Europe à trois tours. Des produits issus de trois départements Liebherr ont été intensivement utilisés pendant toute la durée du projet.

Liebherr will present its innovative component solutions for agricultural and forestry machines as well as biogas and combined heat and power plants to visitors at the world’s largest agricultural technology exhibition, Agritechnica 2015, in Hanover from 8 to 14 November.

Liebherr SCRFilter: Exhaust gas aftertreatment system for stage V

At this year’s Agritechnica, Liebherr presents a solution for adhering to the EU emissions standard of the future stage V: The SCRFilter is already used in machines for tunnel construction, and has been certified for stage IV and the Swiss market and also conforms to the regulations planned for stage V. The SCRFilter system is part of the modular Liebherr engine concept, is extremely compact and is characterised by long service intervals of over 4,500 hours.

Medium pressure pump added to Liebherr hydraulic portfolio

At the trade fair for agricultural machinery, Agritechnica, from 8 to 14 November, Liebherr presents the newly developed LH30VO axial piston pump of swash plate design. This complements the existing product portfolio in the medium pressure pump range at 280 bar nominal pressure and is suited for use in mobile machinery. The pump for open circulation has a specific delivery rate of 45 cm³ per rotation and at the time of its market launch can be configured with two of the most common controls. The pump can be used in various applications in the agricultural and forestry area.

Liebherr presents electric version of FAT 325 travel drive

At the trade fair for agricultural machinery, Agritechnica, from 8 to 14 November, Liebherr presents a new version of the FAT 325 travel drive, which is powered by an electric motor from the PGF series. The electric travel drive was designed for devices with an operating weight of roughly 30 to 40 tonne and is ideal for crawler vehicles with a diesel-electric drivetrain. Liebherr is thus following the electrification trend of off-highway devices, which aims at improving overall efficiency levels.

New generation of common rail systems from Liebherr with additional installation version

At the trade fair for agricultural machinery and equipment Agritechnica from 8 to 14 November 2015, Liebherr is presenting a new installation version of its pioneering common rail injection system 11.2 as well as a new inhouse developed and manufactured engine control unit, which is planned for series production in mid-2016. The whole system is designed to meet the common offroad emissions standards as well as onroad guidelines EURO V and EURO VI.
