Reduction in CO2 footprint available on-demand with HVO operation
Using hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO) as a 100% substitute for fossil diesel fuel, allows IC engines to operate almost fully in a climate-neutral mode. At the same time, the use of HVO fuels also helps reduce other harmful pollutants. And because it can be used directly in the engines currently offered by Liebherr, this substitute fuel is a real alternative for operating construction machines of all sizes without any loss in performance.

Precision and Speed to the power of 3 - The Assistance Systems of the Generation 8 Crawler Dozer*
The Operator Assistance Systems in the Generation 8 Crawler Dozers include three levels of driver support: Free Grade for active blade stabilisation during fine grading; Definition Grade for automatic blade positioning when creating simple 2D surfaces, 3D Grade from Topcon as an optional GNSS machine control for terrain modelling. Ready Kits can be ordered fitted ex-works, which enable retrofitting on site of a wide range of machine control systems from Trimble and Leica.

Free Grade
The standard Liebherr Free Grade Assistance System provides you with active blade stabilisation when grading surfaces, ramps and embankments with longitudinal grade and cross slopes. Together with the two other assistance modes, Definition Grade and 3D Grade (optional), this system will help you, as an experienced operator, to increase productivity and save time. In addition, you can keep your eye on the job in hand and avoid dangerous driving situations.
Definition Grade
Within level 2 of the new Liebherr Operator Assistance Systems, Definition Grade allows you to model a 2D surface without a rotating laser. All you need is a reference point from your site surveyor.
With the blade automatically lowering to the reference measurement, the creation of a precise 2D surface is child's play - even over large distances and in different pushing directions. All without the need for a laser or complex machine controls with satellite connection. And at the same time, Liebherr technology now enables grading speeds that previously could not be achieved.
3D Grade
Topcon's optional roof-mounted 3D solution is already fitted and calibrated ex-works; so, you can get started right away. The fully automatic machine control positions the 6-way blade of your dozer exactly in all three dimensions.
Pre-installed Ready Kits are available, as an option, for setting up the latest 2D and 3D machine controls from the manufacturers Trimble and Leica on your Liebherr Crawler Dozer. The Ready Kits give you the option to upgrade your crawler dozer at any time in the future.

ACCIONA Australia
Liebherr Crawler Dozers played a vital role in construction work at the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport. According to Gary Steen, ACCIONA’s Western Sydney Airport Bulk Earthworks Plant Manager, it is one of Australia’s largest earthworks projects, with over 300 items of construction equipment in operation. The PR 756 Crawler Dozers from Liebherr, equipped with the most modern machine controls and powerful 3-shank ripper, are also indispensable partners in this construction project for completing a wide range of tasks. Ease of use, comfort and pushing power are the characteristics appreciated most by drivers.
Whitnell Company
The company recently took delivery of the first Crawler Dozer from Liebherr, as an addition to its extensive fleet, which also includes a large number of dozers. In an interview, Managing Director Lionel Whitnell, particularly emphasised the low fuel consumption when measured in a direct comparison with the latest diesel-electric model from a competitor.
