Common Rail injector LI1

Thanks to its slim and compact design, the leakproof LI1 common-rail injector offers maximum freedom in terms of motor space. The LI1 injector platform was specially designed for use in large series of light, medium and heavy duty engines. The special injector design ensures that the mechanical nozzle holders can be easily exchanged and the latest emission standards can be met. The software-controlled Injection Timing Control (ITC) function can individually dose even the smallest amounts of fuel for each injector, thus ensuring a constant injection quantity per injector over the entire service life.

Thanks to a particularly narrow injector concept as well as its flexibility in design and connections, the LI1 can be easily installed in existing engine compartments. Featuring a large flow range, the injector is designed for engines with a displacement between 1 and 2.7 litres per cylinder.

Compliance with the IP6K9K insulation class is guaranteed by the combination of an electrical interface and a special cap. The connector housing is moulded directly to the injector. Further electrical connectors are not necessary.
