36 XXT – the all-rounder
Compact and versatile
The 36 XXT is mounted on a three-axle chassis, making the truck-mounted concrete pump more manoeuvrable than ever before. The distributor boom, which is flush with the hopper, shortens the machine enormously, making it extremely manoeuvrable on construction sites and in road traffic.
Numerous design details facilitate tough everyday use. The robust construction of the machine ensures reliable operation for many years with low operating costs.
One boom for all cases!
The 5-section distributor boom in multi-folding allows a low unfolding height of only 7.2 metres. In addition, the excellent slip properties, coupled with the great manoeuvrability, make it easier to work in confined buildings. The design and kinematics of the distributor boom ensure low-vibration and even concrete placement.
Powerbloc and HCC
The Powerbloc is characterised by high performance and smooth running, as well as by a newly designed, highly efficient and semi-closed oil circuit. This guarantees that all drives are permanently supplied with both reliable and powerful hydraulic energy. Liebherr's new proprietary system combines the advantages of the open and closed hydraulic systems proven on the current market without their respective disadvantages.
Space-saving safety during support
The tried and tested XXT support system is particularly flexible when supporting in confined spaces. Thanks to the swivelling option, the front outrigger on the confined side can still be extended and supported right up to the front of the cab, thus adding the entire working area in front of the cab.
Also available with 4-section mast as 38 XXT
This new truck-mounted concrete pump is also available as a version with a 4-section mast in Z-fold. In this version, a vertical reach of 37.1 metres and a horizontal reach of 32.8 metres are achieved. The new 38 XXT is also equipped with the innovative outrigger and the Powerbloc pump unit.
