What began with a single reused bearing block ten years ago and a small team of 12 has evolved into a proud legacy of precision and performance. Today, Liebherr-Australia’s Perth facility provides comprehensive aftersales support services to customers throughout Western Australia. The team not only repairs and refurbishes components for Liebherr’s entire range of excavators but also supports Liebherr mining trucks and dozers in the region. As well as this, the Perth facility supports customers through general works, internal boom inspections and repair and expert advice for onsite repair and maintenance needs.
Focused on outstanding quality
Over the past decade, the Perth team – which today totals 25 permanent staff, including 5 apprentices – has maintained an impeccable record with zero major reworks or failures, highlighting the integrity of their processes and the strength of their work quality. From routine overhauls to complex refurbishments, every project has been completed with precision and pride.

As Liebherr-Australia celebrates this achievement, the company also looks ahead. The Perth fabrication team is continuing to support its customers with further maintenance and overhaul solutions and is well-positioned to take on the next 100 buckets and set the benchmark even higher.
