The handover marks another milestone in the successful partnership between the two companies. “We particularly appreciate the lifting capacity and boom length, and our crane operators love the ease of use of the Liebherr machines,” says Greg Bellcoff, Vice President of Fleet at Maxim.
Maxim Crane Works, based in Wilder (Kentucky) has invested heavily in its fleet over the past three years and now operates a total of 250 Liebherr machines. Just this month, three cranes from a previous order arrived in Houston. While one of them will be used in the wind energy sector, two others are earmarked for a large refinery project.
