Liebherr’s Generation 8 crawler excavators are a complete revision of its predecessors with a new design that allows for lower fuel consumption and optimized upper carriage swing torque for more efficient work on site. Offering customization to fit your specific demolition project, customers have the choice to include the new WLC undercarriage that was developed specifically for heavy duty applications that require high stability. Gen 8 machines also provide improved operator experience with a large touchscreen display for full monitoring and suspended pneumatic seats for enhanced comfort during operation.

All Liebherr demolition excavators are built with an uppercarriage and swing ring that has one continuous box beam to improve stability and can withstand extreme forces.

All Generation 8 machines are also equipped with a completely revamped LED lighting package for clear visibility of the working area. Additionally the machine is equipped with rear and side mounted cameras providing panoramic visibility from the cab to minimize blind spots. Rollover protection structures are also available for the cab to protect operators from any debris.

Maintenance is made easier on Gen 8 excavators by making service points more easily accessible.
