What you need to know

Step 1 - Prepare your Purchase Order (PO#)

• A valid PO number is required to register
• Have this information ready before beginning the process

Step 2 — Access the bookings page

• Click the registration button to gain access the bookings page

Step 3 — Select your training session

• Review the training overview and available dates listed below
• Choose the course and week that best fits your schedule

Step 4 — Book the training week

• Click on the first day of the training week in the calendar
• This will automatically reserve the entire week of training
• Select the time slot if prompted

Step 5 — Complete the registration form

• Enter all required fields accurately
• Double‑check your details before submitting

Step 6 — Submit your registration

• Click “Book” to finalize your request
• The registered attendee will receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.

To keep classes balanced, only two technicians per company can attend in the same week. Extra registrations will be canceled. Once a training class is full, it will no longer appear on the calendar. Please select the next available date. Click on the following registration link to download and open the registration form.

Upon completing registration, the attendee will receive a confirmation email. Should you require a copy, please request that they forward it to you.

Safety toed boots, appropriate working attire, laptop and a learning attitude.

Participants are required to pay for their own flights and hotel.

Cancellations/changes must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the course stating date. Cancellations or changes made within 10 business days of a courses start date will result in a cancellation/change fee of $500.00 per person. In the event of a “no show” the full cost of the course will be invoiced.
