<p>Liebherr-Aerospace and Rolls-Royce have established a 50:50 joint venture called Aerospace Transmission Technologies GmbH, based in Friedrichshafen (Germany), to develop manufacturing capability and capacity for the power gearbox for Rolls-Royce’s UltraFan® engine.</p>
