You must purchase your appliance between 01 June 2026 and 31 December 2026 to qualify for this promotion.
The important date is the date on which the transaction takes place, i.e the date the on which the appliance is paid for. Your appliance can be delivered after this date, and your purchase will still qualify if it took place between 01.06.2026 and 31.12.2026.
However, please note that if your purchase transaction took place before 01 June 2026, your appliance will not qualify if delivered during the promotional period.
Yes, you must register your appliance with us within 2 months of purchase, to qualify for this promotion.
You will need your proof of purchase and appliance serial number to register.
We accept jpeg, pdf and png files.
If you are having difficulty uploading your proof of purchase, it is often due to file size. Taking a screenshot can help, or a copy and we will rework and test the upload, before returning it to you.
If you purchased your appliance new from a retailer operating on a marketplace site, such as Amazon or eBay, you can claim your promotional guarantee.
If you purchased from an individual, reseller, or did not buy a new appliance then your appliance will not be eligible for this promotion. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
