Liebherr 380-bar series - Powerful hydraulic cylinders for mobile applications
The hydraulic cylinders in Liebherr's 380-bar series offer maximum performance and flexibility - even under extreme conditions. The series comprises 40 basic variants for different piston/piston rod diameters and can be customised thanks to numerous options.
The use of standardised components means that new cylinders and spare parts are available quickly - without compromising adaptability. 3D models are also available for each variant.
Areas of application
The 380 bar cylinders are primarily used in mobile hydraulics - for example in construction machinery such as mobile and crawler excavators as lift, stick or bucket cylinders. They are ideal for applications where reliability and robustness are required.
CFRP solutions at Liebherr: light, strong, future-orientated
Our competence centre for carbon fibre reinforced plastics (CFRP) is located at the Liebherr site in Oberopfingen. With our one-stop-shop approach, we offer holistic CFRP solutions. Our focus is on CFRP hybrid cylinders and high-performance lightweight structures that offer maximum weight savings with the same or improved performance, e.g. compared to steel.

Thanks to modern remanufacturing, mining dampers achieve a service life of up to 80,000 operating hours and can be reused up to three times - ideal for applications with extreme requirements.
