Liebherr Antifreeze OS Concentrate

Silicate-containing concentrate with extended change intervals for mixing with water, free of nitrites, amines, phosphates and borates. Effectively prevents corrosion and deposits in the cooling system and offers protection against cavitation and erosion damage. Change interval of up to 6,000 operating hours.

Anti-friction coating with good surface coverage and surface adhesion as well as easy application. Fast drying and temperature resistant up to 900 °C.

Tested for compatibility with the sealing systems used in Liebherr hydraulic cylinders, rapid water displacement, barium-free and no damage to the scraper because the product does not harden.

For use in Liebherr energy storage cylinder. Optimum wear protection, anti-stick-slip properties, good elastomer compatibility and outstanding high and low temperature behaviour.

Designed for high-frequency gear changes and ideal for use with retarder. Has excellent aging stability and long oil change intervals.

Oil analyses – the cost-effective alternatives

Ever-increasing demands are being placed on modern hydraulics systems in terms of performance and precision; demands that the operating medium used in the system also has to fulfil. To safeguard the oil quality during use, and thereby achieve optimum oil change intervals, Liebherr recommends that used oil analyses are carried out at regular intervals.

Reconditioned steel drums for lubricants

We use reconditioned steel drum barrels to store our lubricants. An approach to reusing barrels for the packaging of our lubricants.

The treatment process

These drums are prepared by a multi-stage process:

they are washed with a high-pressure cleaner, sandblasted, repaired and inspected in line with the requirements of the dangerous goods act.

They are then given a white coat of paint before the Liebherr logo and our pattern are applied.
