Regional Sales Manager - EMT - NSW & QLDSydney
Liebherr-Australia is seeking a driven and commercially focused Regional Sales Manager – East Coast to provide strong leadership and strategic direction across our Earthmoving sales operations in NSW and QLD. The role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving profitable growth across new and used Earthmoving equipment, and building strong customer and stakeholder relationships in line with Liebherr’s values and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide robust leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of sales professionals
- Develop, implement, and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with divisional and national objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular site visits
- Prepare and submit sales documentation, including tenders and quotations
- Drive achievement of sales, margin, and market share targets, maintaining full accountability for regional sales performance
- Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance
- Represent Liebherr at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences
About You
- Proven experience in sales & leadership, ideally within Earthmoving, Mining, or Heavy Industrial sectors
- Strong business acumen, including financial planning and contract negotiations
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
- Understanding of leasing structures, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement
