It’s a sales manager position for Liebherr material handling machines sales work in China market.  The successful candidate will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with new prospects, building successful connections with potential customers allocated by team leader, achieve assigned sales target, work together with the team & achieve a certain market share for the product line in its field.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and implement opportunities to develop and grow the business and maximize revenue
  • Secured payment for responsible projects / sales channels
  • Leverage existing relationships/allocated projects and knowledge of the industry and trending to market the product offering
  • Initiate, establish, and maintain key relationships in the industry
  • Build long-term relationships with the customer base
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers' success and satisfaction
  • Complete all aspects of the sales process from identification to completion including the preparation of detailed quotations and product presentations and demonstrations
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of Liebherr machine specifications, features and benefits and provide information to the customer, ensuring the value proposition and solution meets the customer needs
  • Conduct account analysis and revenue forecast reviews regularly to ensure efforts are being made so new prospects and opportunities are being added to the channel to drive margin improvement
  • Selecting the most valuable projects from the industries & achieving the assigned sales target & High repeat sales
  • Organizing product exhibitions, shows or similar promotion events with other departments
  • Provide training to sales/service team or dealers
  • Other tasks to be assigned by supervisor

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Main Major: Mechanical /Engineering / Business /Economy etc.
  • Experience and network in the Heavy Equipment, scrap/Steel, Harbor sectors are preferred
  • Basic knowledge of construction/Heavy machinery products
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and service process in machinery industry
  • Skilled Microsoft office applications
  • Skilled in English writing and speaking
  • Good negotiation skills
